Alex the great!
My daughter has been attending a summer dance intensive at the Dance Theatre of Harlem for the past 6 weeks. I will be traveling to New York this weekend to witness their award ceremonies and final performances (as well as shoot an engagement session and finalize Alex's future living arrangements). I wanted to take a blog moment to brag about her accomplishments. She was recently accepted into the fall program of the Joffrey Ballet School. She is only 16 and will now be living in New York! I am so very proud of her that I had to share the news. Also, I am sure to be taking frequent trips to the city from here on out. What fun!
