I dont know if Banksy did the Venus De Milo, but the artwork was facing this small memorial.
The day grew dark and our shoot ended after we chanced upon Abraham Lincoln.

phone woes
My home phone line is still not working after Gustav. My cell phone is based out of Houston, because the only way I could stay in touch with my children during Katrina was to switch over to a Houston number. Now, Houston is having cell phone issues because of Ike. So, if your having trouble reaching me via phone lines, my email seems to be working properly.
Meanwhile, I am home and focused only on editing in between the next 3 months of fully booked wedding weekends.

Update
I flew to Dallas to meet up with Max and my son on Sept. 2. Max and I are leaving for Las Vegas today. Our September 6th couple was able to relocate their wedding to Vegas. Max will drive back to Nola Monday evening and I will fly back to Nola Tuesday evening. As it stands, its good that I am not back in New Orleans yet because it seems my neighborhood still has no power.

Gustav
The forecast for Gustav has New Orleans a little freaked out. I am currently in NYC getting my daughter settled into her dorm and school. I want everyone to know that I copied all unedited files onto a hard drive and brought it with me to NY. Full resolution edited files are stored in cyberland via pictage. Max is in New Orleans and prepared to evacuate with the duplicate hard drives of edited and unedited images, equipment, etc.
I am scheduled to fly back to Nola September 2nd. However, I am guessing my flight will be delayed. Feel free to email with questions. Or, call me on my cell 832-260-6662
